At Delugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new strap or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ship to Delugs

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
