How do I determine the correct strap size for my watch?
You can determine your strap size by measuring the lug width of your watch in millimeters. Most standard watches range from 18mm to 22mm. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed instructions on measuring both lug width and buckle width.
What types of leather do you use for your straps?
We source premium leathers from world-renowned tanneries, including Epsom, Barenia, Shell Cordovan, and various exotic skins. Each strap is handcrafted to ensure durability and a luxurious feel that develops a unique patina over time.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide via express couriers. Typically, international orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that custom-made orders require additional lead time for production before they are dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all standard, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom 'Made-to-Order' straps and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer custom-made straps for specific watch models?
Yes, we specialize in custom-made straps. You can choose the leather type, stitching color, length, and width to fit your specific watch and wrist size perfectly through our Custom Strap program.
Are your straps compatible with deployment buckles?
Most of our straps are designed for standard pin buckles, but we do offer specific 'Deployment' cuts. If you intend to use your own OEM deployment clasp, please check the thickness and taper specifications on the product page.
